WebApr 20, 2010 · I suspect you have a wiring issue to the coil of the fuel pump relay. Either corroded contacts on the relay socket or a poor connection to/from the relay socket to the ecm. Check for a consistent power supply to the relay coil primary, if good, then the ground is bad/intermittent.
