WebDec 20, 2024 · Therefore, this study was aimed at exploring the teacher's understanding of HOTs and 21st CL and subsequently assess teachers’ readiness to implement HOTs in the 21st Century TLF. Websettings, our study compares the interdependences in blended learning and non-blended learning, with the aim to provide empirical evidence and insights for instructors to adopt a proper instructional strategy in online, and offline teaching. The subsequent sections of this paper discuss the related literature supporting the proposed research model.
