It has a decent power system with a big battery and it's pretty well put together, notwithstanding the gearing and the poor fork. WebIt seems Cyclotricity had trapped the gear cable under the motor. A new cable and correct installation plus £40 fixed the issue. Two mails to Cyclotricity with copies of my invoice from Halfords are met with complete silence.
