WebYep, although slightly convoluted. You can use WiiGSC to make forwarder WADs for USB Loader GX, and then use something like Teconmoon's WiiVC Injector Script to make a WiiU -> Wii forwarder.. Another option, and what I do personally, is to use just a USB Loader GX forwarder on the WiiU side for Wii games.
